The following are the links to the EPA sponsored "Smart Growth" analysis plan for Lacona that I spoke about in my last post and on the Meet The New Press radio this past Saturday (links to the actual podcast will be available later).

I have been very busy and with special thanks to Skip Murphy for his help in getting these links uploaded I can now provide everyone a look at the EPA "Smart Growth" Report. This report is quite extensive and is beautifully written.

This report provides valuable information for Laconia's City Council and Planning Board to create a clear vision for our citizens as to what possibilities exist in the lake city. I encourage everyone to read this and provide your comments to the Planning Director, either directly or through the council.
