Is This Why Tax Caps Exist??

I believe that this is the reason Tax Caps exist. The problem is they only work at the municipal level. It is important that we remember this when the state and national elections come up this Fall.

It is our responsibility to elect representatives that won't break our personal budgets with increased taxes.
